Plants or trees (crushed in advance) are placed in a stainless steel vat of 1000 liters in which the water vapor passes through.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The vapor permiates through the botanical material from plants, dissolves and vaporizes aromatic molecules in order to absorb essential oils. Then, the steam mixed with the essence passes through a serpentine in which the condensation and the cooling take place.

The biend of water and essential oils is collected in a special recipient. Due to the density difference between water and oil, the separation occurs naturally.

The essential oil is then poured into bottles and reposed for a few weeks before sales. The quality of distillation (water quality, plants, pressure and temperature) depends on the quality of essential oils.
